This is the time of year I like to hibernate.  Even though I totally enjoy the outdoors in the winter, I like to take time to be indoors, contemplating.

Here is my list of top 5 ways to “hibernate” in February.  Short and sweet.

  1. Stop and be still
  2. Step away from the computer
  3. Nap/rest when my body tells me I am over doing
  4. Smile and listen to others
  5. Exercise
